Log a parcel

  1. 1Open Front Desk → Parcels.
  2. 2Scan or enter the tracking number.
  3. 3Select the resident's unit.
  4. 4Save — the resident is notified in the app.

Tip: Residents confirm pickup in the app, so your log stays accurate.
