- Enable parcel alerts under Settings → Notifications
- Arriving parcels appear under My parcels
- Tap Request pickup to collect it yourself or ask for delivery to your unit
- Show the pickup code at the counter to collect
Parcels left beyond the property's holding period may be returned. The exact window is in Community rules.
