Sending it

  1. In the app, choose Suggestions / Complaints.
  2. Pick a topic and describe the issue.
  3. Choose whether to include your name or send anonymously.
  4. Submit, and watch for the reply in the app.
For an anonymous submission the juristic team sees only the content — not your name or unit number.
