Register as a resident

Link your unit and activate your resident account.

Activate your account

  1. Open the Urbanice app and tap Register.
  2. Enter the phone number your property has on file.
  3. Confirm the one-time code sent by SMS.
  4. Select your unit and complete your profile.
If your unit is not listed, contact your property office to be added.
