Pre-register a visitor

Issue a gate code to a guest or co-resident ahead of their visit

Pre-registering a visitor

  1. Open Visitors and tap Pre-register
  2. Enter the visitor's name, date and arrival window
  3. Add a plate number if they are driving
  4. Send them the code or QR to show at the gate
The code is valid only for the window you set. A guest arriving outside it needs the unit owner to confirm with security first.
