Quorum and voting rights
- When can the meeting open — once attending ownership exceeds 25% of the property, per section 43. Extraordinary meetings skip the check.
- Can a unit in arrears attend — yes, and it counts toward quorum. Its voting right can be switched off individually on the Owners tab.
- What about an owner with several units — spell their first and last name identically on every row, and the system groups the rooms so they register together on one ballot.
Editing data
- How long can house numbers and ownership ratios be edited — until the meeting opens. After that they are locked.
- Can an agenda item be edited once voting opens — no. Cancel it and create a replacement, because residents have already seen the original.
- What is editable after closing — nothing, except deleting a vote, which resets that house number to not voted.
- A vote was recorded wrongly — delete it on the results screen and record it again.
Votes and results
- What is vote reduction — when one co-owner holds more than half the property, the system cuts their votes to the combined total of everyone else, per section 45. It is set when the meeting is created.
- How are percentages worked out on multi-answer items — ownership ratio times the number of answers, so 600 × 3 = 1,800.
- Why has a custom item no Abstain option — you add it yourself; only the standard format supplies one automatically.
Printing
- Nothing appeared after printing — “Print all” emails the file to whoever requested it, while “Print by house number” opens immediately.
- How long do large ballot runs take — around 10 minutes from 2,000 ballots upward.
- When does the invitation status change by itself — at 10:00 on the invitation date set for the meeting.
