Read the voting results

Check results per item, and how to read reduced results under section 45 and multi-answer items.

Once votes are in, open “View results” on the results screen. If something is wrong, delete that vote and record it again.

Reduced results

Reduced results: a 400 ownership ratio cut to 200 under section 45

When the meeting was set up to reduce votes, the system cuts any co-owner holding more than half the property down to the combined total of everyone else. In the example, an owner holding 400 is reduced to 200 to match the others' combined share, per section 45.

Both the pre-reduction and post-reduction figures appear on the same screen. The post-reduction figure is the basis for the resolution.

Custom items with several answers

Results for a custom agenda item with more than one answer

Where an item allows more than one answer, the system multiplies the ownership ratio by the number of answers to work out percentages. Asking for three answers in a property whose total ratio is 600 gives a base of 600 × 3 = 1,800.
