Invitation letters

The invitation-letter preview shown before printing

The Invitations tab previews the letter before you print. If anything is wrong, correct it in the Meeting details or Agenda tab. Resident details are merged in at print time.

  • Print all — the PDF is emailed to whoever requested it.
  • Print by house number — the PDF opens immediately.
On the invitation date you set, the system emails a notification at 10:00 and flips the meeting to Invited automatically. Only then can residents pre-register for an online meeting.

Ballots

Ballot print options: QR code or barcode

Ballots apply to offline and hybrid meetings. Click the print icon beside an agenda item — it appears only on items that are actually voted on — then choose a QR-code or barcode form.

  • Every house number — one ballot per unit. Best where unit counts are low.
  • Blank forms — you specify how many to run. Best for large properties.
An example ballot printed from the system
A reprint is emailed to whoever requested it. Large runs take time: 2,000 ballots or more take roughly 10 minutes.

To reprint just one agenda item from an existing set, take the document number from the ballot itself — or, if the ballot has already been registered, from the registration record.
