  • Getting started

This is a one-off task for LivingOS staff, done once per property at backoffice.thelivingos.com under the i-Vote menu. Onboarding is only complete after all three steps: create the juristic-person user (JU), link it to a management company, and link it to the property.

1. Create the juristic-person user

Creating a juristic-person user (JU) in the backoffice
  1. Enter the email and password exactly, respecting upper and lower case.
  2. Set a password that is not reused, containing upper case, lower case and a digit.
  3. Complete every field marked with an asterisk.
  4. In the management-company field, search the companies already on record.

2. Create the management company, if it does not exist

Creating a management company and choosing its organisation type

There are two ways in: the “Create management company” button on the company page, or the add button on the user-creation page. Either way, pick the organisation type.

  • Single Juristic — a standalone property with no management company.
  • Management company — a firm running several properties.
  • Limited company — supports shareholder meetings in future.
  • Government agency — a public body using i-Vote for meetings.
Logos accept JPEG, JPG and PNG at exactly 200×200 pixels. Resize anything larger before uploading.
Creating a property and linking juristic users to it
  1. Always search the existing properties first.
  2. Only if there is no match, click “Create property” and complete the required fields.
  3. Check the phone number is reachable — it is pulled into the invitation letter.
  4. Click “Manage juristic users”, tick the users to grant, and save.
Creating a new company or property requires that the search found nothing and that a supervisor has approved it — this is what keeps duplicates out. If a property name contains @, write it as “at” in English and “แอท” in Thai.

The i-Vote login screen for juristic-person users

Once all three links are in place, the juristic office signs in at ivote.thelivingos.com/login with the credentials issued by The LivingOS. A forgotten password has to be reset by staff — there is no self-service reset.
