Register as a proxy

For attending on a co-owner's behalf: attach both parties' ID copies and the signed proxy letter, per unit.

A proxy attends and votes on a co-owner's behalf. Registration needs a full set of paperwork for every unit being represented, and always waits on approval from the juristic office.

How to register

  1. Sign in with the proxy's own mobile number or email, then enter the OTP.
  2. Choose to register as a proxy, then select the units you represent.
  3. Enter the proxy's name and attach a photo of their own ID card.
  4. Upload each unit's paperwork — the owner's ID copy and the signed proxy letter.
  5. Press confirm to submit.
Registering as a proxy and selecting the units being represented

You can select more than one unit at a time. Each is reviewed and approved separately.

Documents you need

Uploading proxy paperwork per unit — the ID copy and the proxy letter
  • A copy of the granting co-owner's national ID card
  • The signed proxy letter
  • A photo of the proxy's own national ID card
Every unit needs its own set. Three units means three proxy letters; the upload form already separates the fields by unit.

Waiting for approval

The proxy's submitted requests, with a status for each unit

A proxy request always goes to the juristic office — there is no automatic approval as there is for a co-owner whose details already match. This screen shows a status per unit, so some may be approved while others are still pending.
