A proxy attends and votes on a co-owner's behalf. Registration needs a full set of paperwork for every unit being represented, and always waits on approval from the juristic office.
How to register
- Sign in with the proxy's own mobile number or email, then enter the OTP.
- Choose to register as a proxy, then select the units you represent.
- Enter the proxy's name and attach a photo of their own ID card.
- Upload each unit's paperwork — the owner's ID copy and the signed proxy letter.
- Press confirm to submit.

You can select more than one unit at a time. Each is reviewed and approved separately.
Documents you need

- A copy of the granting co-owner's national ID card
- The signed proxy letter
- A photo of the proxy's own national ID card
Every unit needs its own set. Three units means three proxy letters; the upload form already separates the fields by unit.

Waiting for approval

A proxy request always goes to the juristic office — there is no automatic approval as there is for a co-owner whose details already match. This screen shows a status per unit, so some may be approved while others are still pending.
