Register for a meeting with OTP

The quickest route for a co-owner: verify by one-time password on your phone, and get approved instantly if your details match the juristic office's records.

Co-owners can register for a meeting from their own phone, without going to a registration desk. This route verifies you with a one-time password sent to the mobile number or email already on file, and takes a couple of minutes.

How to register

  1. Sign in with the mobile number or email you gave the juristic office.
  2. Enter the six-digit OTP before it expires.
  3. Choose to register as an owner, then select your unit.
  4. Enter your first and last name exactly as the juristic office has them.

The OTP expires and carries a reference id. If it lapses, request a new code rather than reusing the old one.

This screen asks in what capacity you are registering. Choose owner if the unit is yours; if you are attending on someone else's behalf, follow the proxy registration guide instead. You can select more than one unit if you own several.

What happens next

If your name and phone number match the resident list the juristic office imported, you are approved immediately and the join-and-vote button appears on the meeting.

If they do not match, the request goes to the juristic office for review. You cannot enter the meeting until someone there approves it.

If approval is slow, contact your property's juristic office directly — a human approves these, not the system.
