Register attendees

Register co-owners and proxies from their ballots, including owners holding several units.

Registration always works from the ballot. You can register an owner in person or a proxy acting for them.

Start registration on the day of the meeting itself: the system stamps the attendance time as the moment of registration.

Registering a co-owner

  1. Scan the QR code or barcode on the ballot.
  2. The house number appears. On a blank form you select it yourself.
  3. Check the co-owner's name is right.
  4. Save.

For an owner with several units, the system lists every room whose first and last name match. Select them all to register them together against one ballot; leave them unselected and only a single room is registered.

Registering a proxy

A proxy registration covers exactly one house number per record.

  1. Scan the QR code or barcode, then check the house number and owner name.
  2. Enter the proxy's ID number, or read it with a card reader.
  3. Enter the proxy's first and last name.
  4. Optionally add a mobile number, email and supporting documents.

The documents worth attaching are the letter of authority and copies of both parties' ID cards. If you are already filing those on paper, this step can be skipped.

After registering, the attendee's name, mobile and email can be corrected on the registration screen. Changing the house number, ownership ratio or the co-owner record itself has to be done on the Owners tab — that is what makes the correction flow through to the meeting report.
