Most problems during an online meeting come down to browser permissions for the microphone and camera, or stale cached data. The sections below are ordered from most to least common.
No sound, or the camera will not open

First press the headphone and camera icons in the bar at the bottom left of the meeting screen. A permission prompt appears — allow it.
Use Chrome or Safari. Other browsers may not support these prompts at all.
Still no sound after pressing the icons
That means the browser is blocked at the device level, so the permission has to be granted in your phone's settings.

- On iOS open Settings, then Apps.
- Choose Safari, then Microphone.
- Choose Allow, then rejoin the meeting.

- On Android open Settings, then Apps.
- Choose Chrome, then Permissions.
- Choose Microphone, then allow while using the app.
Cannot register or open the meeting at all
If the link does nothing, or the page hangs, clear the browser cache and try again — stale cached data is the usual cause.

- On iOS open Settings, then Apps.
- Choose Safari, then Clear History and Website Data.
- Confirm, then open the meeting link again.

- On Android open Settings, then Apps.
- Choose Chrome, then Storage.
- Press Clear cache, then open the meeting link again.
The screen keeps stretching longer

Press the refresh button in the browser bar and the screen returns to its normal size. Refreshing does not lose votes you have already recorded.
Cannot see a shared slide or video clearly

- Rotate your phone or tablet to landscape.
- Open the participant list and press More next to the presenter.
- Choose Add Pin to pin their screen.
Asking the juristic office a question mid-meeting

- Press the three-dot button in the bottom bar.
- Choose Chat.
- Scroll to the bottom and tap the message box.
