Register with an ID card

For when your details do not match the resident list: attach a photo of your ID card and wait for the juristic office to approve.

If OTP registration could not match your details, or you have just bought the unit and the juristic office has not imported your record yet, register with your ID card instead. The first three steps are identical to the OTP route.

How to register

  1. Sign in with your mobile number or email, then enter the OTP.
  2. Choose to register as an owner and select your unit.
  3. Enter your first and last name.
  4. Attach a clear photo of your national ID card, with the number legible.
  5. Press verify to submit the request.

Accepted files are .pdf, .doc, .docx, .jpeg, .png and .HEIC, up to 20 MB each.

Waiting for approval

The request goes to the juristic office. This screen shows a status for each unit — awaiting approval, approved, or rejected. If you own several units, each carries its own status.

Once approved, the join button appears on the meeting exactly as it does for OTP registration.
